[Bugfix] Fix #63 (#2) #65

This Pull Request fixes #63.

@nedbat mentioned a related issue which contains a workaround, see https://github.com/pallets/click/issues/486#issuecomment-185790528. It actually violates SPOT principle but in my opinion, a well-working CLI is more important.
