OAuth page loads up every time I boot my New Chromebook #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off my new chromebook
2. Turn it back on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is I suppose for a blank tab in Chrome to open. Instead I 
always get an extra tab that loads asking for me to authorize the app to access 
my Google account. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Tasks (by Google) 1.0
New Chromebook by Samsung
Chrome OS Version 23.0.1271.111 beta
Platform 2913.331.0 (Official Build) beta-channel daisy
Firmware Google_Snow.2695.104.0

I am also having this problem each time I boot up my Chromebook.

My specs:
Samsung Chromebook Series 3
Version 23.0.1271.111
Platform 2913.331.0 (Official Build) stable-channel daisy
Firmware Google_Snow.2695.104.0

I had same problem using google browser version 25.0.1364.172 m in my win 7 64 
bits.
