Odd behavior at 40N #265

grind_circle at 40N is jittery. 35N and down seems fine.

Can this be tuned with the force_mode parameters?

Note: tool is approx 3KG. 40N is approx 4Kg

Customer sent current on motors... looks reasonable. Other UR-10s are working at 80N. Why not this one??
