BUDGET PAGE #19

As a user, I want to see my budget for the month on the 'Budget' page displayed as a graphical, charted interface.

  1. The charted information will show the amount spent to date for the month.

    • The amount will be broken down by category based on the 'Category' from 'Transactions'.
      • The actual dollar amount spent to date for the month will be displayed for each category.
      • The amount budgeted will show for each category.

  2. The graphic will change if the budget amount is exceeded (by 'Category').

    • An over budget 'Category' will display in Red

  3. The budget information will show on the 'Dashboard' page.

  4. Budget is broken down into a pre-defined list of categories

    • Transfer
    • Income
    • Food
    • Utilities
    • Housing Expense (Rent/ Mortgage)
    • Shopping
    • Automotive
    • Misc.
