soundhax issue #76

i am on firmware 11.3 ive went out and got the new payload and a new boot.3dsx file everytime i open the sound app and clic on the song to start soundhax it treats it as a real song then gives me an error message and restarts my 3ds ive no idea what to do can someone please help
