Compile Points per game dataset (with all features)

Description:

Use python to create a new csv with points per game for each offensive player from 2015 and 2016
Include all possible predictors in dataset as well

Assumptions:

• Players map accurately in csv (all players included in csv)

Steps:

Acceptance Criteria: 3 new csv files with columns
