Feature request: build pipeline? #9

Would be good to have circleCI running:

  1. jslint
  2. unit tests
  3. deploy to production

This is something I have a lot of experience with and could set up pretty quickly.

@tstirrat15 Luca has said prod is currently on ECS so I wonder if we can full blown hella docker this prod environment.
