Choising the 3G port used #492

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Hi,
In the settings of version 2.3rc4 it was possible to choose the port used in 
3G. This was expedient for me because in France on SFR network we have to use 
port 53 for the connection is accepted. Is it possible to re-having this choice 
on the new version?

Could you tell which port do you talk? rtp or local port ?
