Activity Log plugin issue showing a user edited Auto Draft Post on simply logging into the dashboard #3

We have noticed an issue related to Activiy Log Plugin, where the Activity Log displays a log saying a user actually edited a Auto Draft post which doesn't exist in the system when he logs into Admin Dashboard on the site.
