Toggled Cellwriter doesn't appear until mouse button pressed #25

When toggling cellwriter (via any means; gesture, hotkey or tray icon) it
does not appear immediately. Instead it appears when I press the mouse
button on the focused window. It appears underneath the focused window
prior to this but does not raise until mouse button is pressed.

Using cellwriter 1.3.4 under Ubuntu Jaunty 64 on a thinkpad x200t. Compiz
is running.
Windows named cellwriter are excluded from window decoration, and included
in Above, Sticky and No Focus in the Window Rules plugin, though disabling
them has no effect.
Switching to metacity (by metacity --replace) prevents this behaviour.

Thanks for reporting this bug. There are many issues with Compiz ... I think
currently CellWriter is generally unusable with it. :-\
