Youtube Subscriber count bot #185

A python bot that collects subscriber count of a particular youtube channel and can be displayed continuously or A user can choose to get notification if the count crosses a particular trigger value (For example, if the count crosses 500)

I think this will be a great addition to the repo I would like to work on this issue. Please assign this issue to me
