Broken in eagl-texts notebook for subordinated reading

Not specific to subordinated reader, and only occurs in some sentences. Possibly also connected to implied tokens?

Working in all test cases in Lysias 1 after revisions make indexing with implied tokens simpler. Closing, at least for now.
