Kanones: pure w_regular paradigm with paideuw? #465

Since, sadly, luw actually has varying quantity of stem vowel in different princ.parts and should NOT be classified as w_regular, but as wppN with varying u and u^ for varying values of N.

This is the right thing to do. Setting up a milestone for λύω paradigms and synopses that should be mirrored by tests on παιδεύω
