Not returning active bids #74

when I run bcbookie.py it does not show any active bids under "scanning for 
active bids by priority"
It does seem to make a connection as it does show how much I have in my account.

once I found the forum, I found other steps to get to the webUI that wasn't 
mentioned in the quickstart instructions
