Exception on hitting urlShortener/shorten endpoint #5

There is an exception on hitting the urlShortener/shorten endpoint. Does it require redis server to be set up? If so, please document the same.

@anju-infracloud I have changed the Redis implementation & used the file storing approach now. Can you check now?
