Use Oahu Data (provided) to create interactive graphs with charts.js

Bargraph
Color variable
Refactored data retrieval function
Change graph on select change va JS (most time)
Start display one graph at a time (instead of all graphs at once that displaying on at a time, after select change)

Issues fro Oct 7. resolved:
- Stack Bar Charts and Mixed Charts
- charts.html line 21 .this argument expected
- end of line character at end of last column name - column name not reading
- refactored showHide() function
need data in a different format to display as pie
refactor getData to be more dynamic
