Modify not to log all processes as "muted". Remove m_volumeMixer.SetApplicationMute() because InlineMuteProcList() includes it.

@lamrongol I have been away for a while. I'll review the changes and push as requested.

@lamrongol merged and added a safety net to include the main PID in the inline function
