[1.17.33] The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed #81

When I try to install through the ViGEmBusSetup_x64.msi file, I get this error message: image image

This didn't happen when I installed BthPS3 (64 bits).

I have tried most solutions Google provided for this error message, but I haven't been able to go through the installation properly. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 19041.804. Here is the setupapi.dev.log file: setupapi.dev.log

I solved it. It turns out my antivirus deleted the msiexec.msi on SysWOW64. Might consider changing it.
