Gnome 45 Updates #215

Pref panel is a little wonky and probably needs to be re-written with libadwaita, but it works for now.
Removed some of the convenience.js functions, as it was too tricky to have the module able to be imported by both prefs.js and extensions.js.

I've installed this on Arch Linux, and can confirm that it works fine. The control panel is indeed a bit wonky, but so is the one from Dash to Panel, and it is functionally working just fine.

Thanks @mcardillo55 and for the testers, I've not had a GNOME-45 desktop to test this but working on that now.
