8 months ago By default it's just follows what Bing has as the image of the day (it might change at midnight UTC), if you want to use shuffle you can refresh on a shorter interval.
If you set it to daily this should work roughly like what you want.
(There are some bugs I'm looking at with the shuffle code.)
