Style elements not added last in <head> #340

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version   - 0.6.8
Relevant core module - ?
Chrome version       - 34.0.1847.137
Operating System     - Macbook
Language             - English US
Google Apps user?    - no
Other extensions     - Evrdy.com, unlikely to affect

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

When I add an option that applies custom CSS to Google Calendar, the relevant 
styles are created and added to the page's <head>, but they are not placed last 
ann so they may be overwritten.

What's worse, even if I move the custom styles to the very end of the header in 
the Chrome inspector, the styles are not applied.

In the console, I get a number of these:

Minimalist: injecting CSS... runtime-minimalist.js:181
Minimalist: no bootstrap target. Skipping load... 

Is that maybe the cause?
