bad Voltage disply on TX #116

when I load ERX9 firmxare  into turnigy  TX's flash memory ( using EEPE ) , I 
got " bad EEPROM Data"  then "formating EPROM " and  "Alarms disabled" .  
Anyway ERX9 is loaded and the voltage display is correct 9.6V

Then if, load datas ( done and simulated with EEPE)  into TX' EEPROM , these  
datas are correct but voltage display becomes 0.7v
