If you set up MODE 1 in the general settings for that eeprom file then the
simulator will also be MODE 1.

I agree with gohstb. If you select NEW File on editor you have Mode 2 as
default ( RTEA for CH1-4 ) and in simulator also.
Then go back to editor and change CH 2 and 3 in Mixes to have RETA ( Mode 1 ),
but on simulator it doesn`t change, you still have Mode 2.
Also Y-Hold is default on the left side ( Mode 2 )

Erazz is correct here. Changing the mode under general settings does change
the simulator operation, including which stick defaults to hold. Changing to
mode 1 does make the right stick the throttle. I'm not sure what else you are
referring to flst... I did notice that creating a new model ignores the order
that you have selected under general settings but that is for a different issue.
