Simulator modes #13

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What feature/option would you like to have?
1. Mode 1 in the simulator
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
The right stick should act like a throttle stick. There needs to be an option
to switch between modes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r93

Please provide any additional information below.
Currently the simulator is set up for mode 2. Some people will want to use
mode 1 for testing.

If you set up MODE 1 in the general settings for that eeprom file then the
simulator will also be MODE 1.

I agree with gohstb. If you select NEW File on editor you have Mode 2 as
default ( RTEA for CH1-4 ) and in simulator also.
Then go back to editor and change CH 2 and 3 in Mixes to have RETA ( Mode 1 ),
but on simulator it doesn`t change, you still have Mode 2.
Also Y-Hold is default on the left side ( Mode 2 )

Erazz is correct here. Changing the mode under general settings does change
the simulator operation, including which stick defaults to hold. Changing to
mode 1 does make the right stick the throttle. I'm not sure what else you are
referring to flst... I did notice that creating a new model ignores the order
that you have selected under general settings but that is for a different issue.
