simulator switch buttons should change when switch is enabled #16

What feature/option would you like to have?
The switch buttons should change color or something to indicate that the switch is enabled. Currently they show nothing when enabled, they look the same as when disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I downloaded r94 and rebuilt it. But I noticed no change. I attached a couple
of screenshots. To be clear I am talking about the buttons to the sides of the
sticks. The ones marked THR, RUD, ELE, AIL... and so on. You can see the
screenshots are before and after I clicked the THR button. There is very
little change in its appearance.

I see,
That's mostly a style issue. On XP and Clearlooks it looks just fine. I'll
try and improve it anyway.

I am just using whatever style that Ubuntu defaults to. The buttons marked SW#
work fine as they get colored green when they activate. Maybe you can do
something similar to that. I noticed that r95 the buttons do press down, but I
see what you mean some people might not like the style of the sliders now.
