Channel order is ignored when creating a new model #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch eepe and create a new empty eeprom file.
under general setting set your model and desired channel order.
Now edit one of the models.  The mixer will have set up the channels "RUD, THR, 
ELE, AIL"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I had selected the channel order "AETR" and the channels should have been set 
up "AIL, ELE, THR, RUD"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

this is basically Issue 18 so I'll mark it as duplicate and deal with it on 
that issue.
