Alphabetize the Programmer dropdown in Configure window

What feature/option would you like to have?
1.The Programmer selections in the dropdown in the Configure Window are in a 
somewhat random order. Alphabetizing them would make them easier to find in the 
dropdown.

What is the expected output? Alphabetical order in the dropdown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

V101, Windows 7
