Warning in Configure window for "Extra Arguments"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The 'extra arguments" line in the configure menu is really only for power 
users.
2. Since eepe will be used by a lot of newbies, a warning should be added 
before the extra arguments item, telling them to not enter anything there 
unless they really know what they are doing.
3. Warning could read:  "WARNING: Unless you REALLY know what you are doing, 
leave the "Extra Arguments" line blank.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Warning.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 101, Windows 7

Type should be "enhancement".
