Help for read and write fuses in Configure WIndow

What feature/option would you like to have?
1.Since the read and write fuses button is in the configure window, a help 
button needs to be added explaining what the buttons are for, and what the 
correct fuse readings are, for the Read button.
2.Again, this is a newbie thing.
3.

What is the expected output? Help for fuse buttons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 101, Windows 7
