programmer drop down does not represent the programmers available in avrdude.conf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a programmer to avrdude.conf
2. try to select the newly added programmer on the configuration 'page'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

AVR programmer(s) that is/are added to added to avrdude.conf show up in the 
"List Programmers" window, but do not show up in programmer drop down on the 
configuration "page". In other words the drop down of programmers seems to be 
hard coded rather than being generated from the results of the "List 
Programmers" output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 153,  Windows XP sp2

Please provide any additional information below.
you can get around this by using the name of one of the existing 'hard-coded' 
programmers when adding a custom programmer to avrdude.conf (aka overwrite one 
of the 'stock' programmers with your own programmer params)
