More precise stick value representation on the simulator window #48

In the simulator window it should be possible to know more precisely what is 
the % value of the stick input in adition to the value outputed to each channel.

The simulator could present a gridline under each stick and/or the % value of 
movement of each stick in each axis.

I'm currently using er9x r257-trunk.

I have done a quick test of how those values could be presented. What do you
