Remember last eeprom folder #87

The last eeprom folder could be saved so we don't need to select it again after
program reopening.

Or we could define it in the preferences screen.

How do you mean?
When you open the last eeprom the directory is saved.

Could you elaborate?

I don't know if I understand what he means but some programms remember the last
files you've been working on. For ex: when you click on "File", at the bottom
there's a "history" of the last files you worked. If it is that I think it
would be a nice feature.

@erezra:
In fact the path is remembered almost everywhere:
- File/Open -> OK
- Burn/Write Flash -> OK
- Burn/Read Flash -> OK
- File/New, then File/Save or File/Save as: the proposed path is the one of
eepe installation.

@joaoalve:
it's an interesting idea
