Wrong default folder when saving an eeprom via "Save As..." #98

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an Eeprom (or read one from the TX)
2. Go to the menu: File --> Save As...
3.

What happens: The Dialogue window opens and suggest to store the file in the
Eepe installation folder. I have to manually navigate to the folder where
Eeproms are usually stored.

What is expected: by default, the dialogue window should suggest a folder where
last Eeprom file was opened or saved. In fact, this is what happens when File
--> Save is chosen (instead of Save As) after an Eeprom was read from TX.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eepe r254 on WinXP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

Umm, a little correction to myself: just tested again, and the problem doesn't
appear when reading an eeprom from TX. It appears only when I open a file (from
a folder with all my eeproms stored) and then choose "Save As..." to save it
again. Then the default location in the "save as..." dialogue is reset to Eepe
installation folder.
