rebuild (again) for openvdb major version bump #3

 Problem: cannot install both openvdb-libs-7.0.0-1.fc30.x86_64 and openvdb-libs-6.2.0-1.fc30.x86_64
  - package blender-2:2.80-10.fc30.x86_64 requires libopenvdb.so.6.2()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package openvdb-libs-6.2.0-1.fc30.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package blender-2:2.80-10.fc30.x86_64

Looks like openvdb got a major bump from 6.2 to 7.0.

Rebuilding with Blender 2.81a as well. It will be online in a few hours. I've asked Luya not to update OpenVDB randomly but it's happening anyway. Whatever.
