spec: Obsolete cuda-nvidia-kmod-common #1

There is a cuda-nvidia-kmod-common package in the cuda repository that provides 'nvidia-kmod-common >= 1:352'. The >= makes this especially tricky and rpm ignores the fact that the package itself is in a much lower version.

I tried almost-upstream (no changes that should affect the outcome of this I think) negativo17 packages and the nvidia-driver package pulled in the cuda-nvidia-kmod-common package before this change and the correct nvidia-kmod-common package after it.
