Push Rotate on Right does not slide out, just appears. #327

When Push rotate is used on right side, the menu doesn't slide out from the side as it should, but instead just appears out of nowhere, with no animation. Was seen in demo page from Google Chrome.

Scale down and scale rotate have the same issues when used from the right side.
