Sort the tanks by XP/battle instead of XP/h, maybe in an option.

The default should be XP/battle, as it's more useful and intuitive to the player. XP/h can be an optional parameter.

Ans also, create an option to filter by nation.

The full tankerXP command can be like !w tankerXP me 1 5 10 false France false now.
