Dashboard: Show Twitch Chat Events when those were used to trigger an action #467

Currently these are filtered out because otherwise each message would be spammed into the Dashboard

For this enhancement the Server-Side would need to be extended with a "twitch events list that triggered something" and then be merged with the current one that is served to the dasboard
