Smartlist NOT list:zzz doesn't work #80

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up sleeper tags, as described here:
http://blog.rememberthemilk.com/2009/04/tips-tricks-tuesday-using-sleeper-tags/
and populate a few test tasks.
2. Observe how smart list zzz doesn't display the right tasks.
3. Also set up a smartlist NOT list:zzz. This also doesn't display the right
tasks.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Something seems to be going on with smartlists. They display properly on the
RTM website, but when I view them on moloko, they also show tasks which are
meant to be hidden.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Galaxy Nexus, Moloko version 0.16.3b.

Please provide any additional information below.
I suspect this is a greater issue with smartlists not being supported
correctly, rather than this particular usage.

Android version 4.1.2

I see you're targetting 2.2. Perhaps moloko broke with one of the android
updates?

What smart lists show wrong results despite the sleeper-tag lists? Could you
provide me your filters that behave wrong?

I only use smart lists with sleeper tags. Here's the set up:

list zzz
Searched for: (tag:zzz AND dueAfter:now) OR (tag:z1d AND dueAfter:"1 day of
now") OR (tag:z2d AND dueAfter:"2 days of now") OR (tag:z1w AND dueAfter:"1
week of now") OR (tag:z1m AND dueAfter:"1 month of now") OR (tag:z2w AND
dueAfter:"2 weeks of now")

list All But Sleepers
Searched for: NOT list:zzz

So if you make a pair of tasks:
I am asleep so I should be on list zzz #zzz ^tomorrow
I am not asleep so I should be on All But Sleepers #zzz ^today

They should automatically sort to the appropriate lists, one on each. Does
that make sense?
