unable to login #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed app and go to New Account
2. it shows me Remember The Milk icon
3. Pressing on Icon with short or long press does nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know what to see or expect for sure. But I was guessing that it would
leave the screen or take me to user/pass screen or something. OR that when I
hit back, it might have associated my existing RTM settings from the official
RTM app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 0.17.1b on Android 2.3.4 System 4.5.91.MB850.ATT.en.US OS-mod Alien #4
with Kernel 2.6.32.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Some questions:

- where do you clicked "New Account"? In Moloko "Home" screen the '+' button?
When Moloko starts the first time and you see the login dialog? From the
Android settings->account & sync menu?

- what did you see in detail? If you clicked through Moloko, I would expect you
to see a dialog open up with some text and 2 buttons named "Cancel" and "New
Account".

- Is it possible to attach a screenshot?

When I first launch Moloko, I get the screen "New RTM account, There were no
RTM stored credentials..."

I press "New Account".
I see "Set up existing accounts. MOTOBLUR Accounts: Email, Corporate Sync,
Yahoo Mail. Other Accounts: Remember the Milk, DropBox, Skype, Google"

I press Remember the Milk icon. The square around the icon shows me that I am
pressing it, but that is the only thing that seems to happen.

I can create a video of me doing the process, if that's useful. Just let me
know.

No, that's no necessary. I understand your problem now. I've never heard from
this problem. From your version I saw you are using an Android mod? Alien #4
with Kernel 2.6.32.9? Perhaps this is the cause?

Did you used Moloko in a previous version? Did it work with it?

I just added the mod this past week for the first time to this pohone. And I
don't believe I tried Moloko before. It certainly seems to be related. If
there's something I can do to help, I'm happy to. I'm a software developer, so
I might be easier to work with than most. But I can totally understand if you
have no interest in trying to make this work with my (and every other) mod out
there.
