AnyPicker scrolling (touch) not working with Windows 10 mobile #2

When using Windows 10 Mobile user cannot scroll for example date time picker. It just scrolls the "window" overall a bit but the values in picker does not scroll at all.

This seems to be issue also with Windows 10 Desktop version when using with touch!

Actually it works W10 Firefox but not with Edge

It also works with pen, but not with finger :)
