What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Hotot
2.Not use it for 10-15min
3.Timeline not scrolled, lag and cpu 100%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal scrolling

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
ArchLinux  2.6.37-4 | GNOME
