RSS Support #319

It would be sexy *and* useful if hoto would support RSS. There a some 
sites/aggregators not connected or mirrored to twitter, so having the 
opportunity to add rss feeds to hotot would be awesome. 
For example, sites like planet.gnome.org or planet.wordpress.org or or or

But: thanks anyway for the awesome hotot!
