中文环境下文字显示问题 #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.以中文环境启动。LANG=zh_CN.UTF8 hotot
2.进入首选项
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
热键绑定的说明文字是：
召唤Hotot 『比如: <ALT>C』
应该是
召唤Hotot 『比如: <ALT>C』

另外中文环境下有些文字没有被翻译
比如右键菜单里的Translate Selection.
比如Extensions...和More...菜单项目

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
