对话框拖动机制不够直观 #362

目前的对话框拖动机制在拖动时无法直接看到拖动后的位置��
�使用拖动图标也显得比较别扭

写了个补丁，在拖动时直接调整对话框位置。缺点是拖动时��
�耗资源，可以考虑根据Effects的设定来采用不同的拖放表现形
式。

恩. 这是我最初的写法。后来换html 5 drag 
api后虽然觉得不爽，但是一直都没改.
