Freezing #414

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the program.
2. Wait a while.

It seems to happen every time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work normally, but it freezes instead. This has occurred when I was 
typing a tweet and when I was scrolling through tweets.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
I'm using the ada version. I'm on Bodhi Linux(essentially Ubuntu 10.4) with the 
Enlightenment window manager.

Please provide any additional information below.
I killed Hotot when it froze. I got this error from index.html#retweetedbyme:
hotot:action/log/daemon%20push/1
