API Error - Unkown Error (HTTP Code 403)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Starting Hotot on Linux Mint 11 Katya, after some time the error message pops 
up continuously every four to five minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just no errors.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
- Linux Mint 11 Katya
- Gnome 2
- Hotot 0.9.6 (Ada)

Please provide any additional information below.
Called hotot in terminal and received following errors:
