Drag-drop arrangement of tabs. #444

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who thinks this is necessary, but I believe 
Hotot would be much more fun and easy to use if it was possible to drag and 
drop the tabs in order to re-arrange them however one finds convenient (and by 
"tabs", I meant all the tabs including the "Timeline" tab).

But as for now, I must admit that the Hotot development team is doing a 
marvellous job! All my best wished to you, and thank you very much! :-)

Thank you for your support :)

but we prefer the pre-organize way in Hotot. The tabs are always in the right 
position so don't need to re-arrange it.
