application should restore instead of starting another instance #465

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch hotot from Unity Launcher
2. A indicator will be placed in the top bar from which hotot can also be 
restored
3. Launch hotot from Unity Launcher again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
hotot is started twice. If there is already an instance running, this should be 
shown instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what Desktop Environment?
Ubuntu 12.04
