What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Hotot client (GTK and Qt versions both have problem)
2. Maximize window
CPU constantly used around ~4% (on Intel i3 processor, about the same as xorg
and compiz use..). When in windowed mode (even if window is stretched to
maximum without maximizing window, CPU stays at 0% when window not used.
