Flickr uploading support #53

Hothot should support both flickr pictures in timeline ( 
http://flic.kr/p/8CXEUe ) 

and it could add a tab for flickr contact updates ( for this, no authentication 
is required, just need a user display name ) 

you could add flickr comments in the flickr time-line too, but this will need 
authentication..

To support flickr related to the support of multi-accounts and multi-protocols, 
which are also my expectation. But I think i don't have too much time to 
complete them in a short time. :(

There is no need to rush, but flickr is a major social network for 
photographers like me, and it ir really missed very much!

as i said you could easyly support "contatcs updates" it is just a open feed

as you can see here

But i understand it may not be a priority, but it sure a important feature!

well, maybe i can write a extension to simply display flickr updates in 
timeline. But to integrate with hotot, there are more work should be done.

i agree, flickr support (with flickr account support if possible) would be 
really nice

I should say that some day we may support uploading to Flickr via some 
extensions, but we don't have plans for supporting Flickr's timeline (or other 
stuffs). Apologize for any inconvenience.

My original post was not about flickr upload (some one renamed ir) 

the original post was about show fickr updates in timeline ( like gwibber ) and 
show posted throught flickr short url
